Pho & Boba: Authentic Vietnamese Pho, Bánh Mì, and Refreshing Boba in The Woodlands, TX

Was really good. The pork banh mi was delicious. The pork was soft and full of flavor.

A friend brought me here. found my new favorite spot. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The bread is perfectly toasted — light, crispy, and warm — and the beef is tender, flavorful, and seasoned just right. Every bite has that perfect balance of savory meat, crunchy veggies, and fresh cilantro. The sauce ties everything together beautifully without being overpowering. I also tried their boba tea, and it was just as impressive — smooth, not too sweet, and the pearls had that perfect chewy texture. The staff are super friendly, and the atmosphere feels clean and relaxed, making it a great spot for lunch or a quick pick-me-up. If you love bánh mì, do yourself a favor and order the beef one here — it’s perfection. The woman that seems to own it is such a welcoming host and greatly appreciated my friend bring new people in. Amazing food and service !!! We had crab rangoons that had generous filling and were crispy, spring rolls, Vietnamese coffee, fried rice, filet mignon pho, and chicken noodle pho. Everything was great and the owner came to make sure we liked everything and we had a pleasant conversation. The rice was not soggy nor hard and was very well seasoned, our soup was delicious and the broth was very clean.

I came here for pho and boba as I was feeling sick and it was incredibly delicious it made me feel a lot better instantly! I had the pho with brisket and it was so taste filled and the brisket was extremely tender I loved it! The boba was fantastic as the pearls were very squishy I loved it! The service was very quick and they were very sweet and kind. Thank you for a great meal!

RUNN! Don’t walk. This place is amazing and I’m so happy we finally have a good pho place in this location. The owner Linh is so kind and gracious. All of the food was so good but I have to say the dishes that stood out to me were the beef fried noodles and the vermicelli noodles . I liked their take on beignets as well, just know that they are thiccc . All in all will absolutely be going here again very soon.

I’ve only ever been to their previous location a couple times, but my mom and grandma are regulars. Sometimes they stop in and grab me a bite to eat since I work a lot. The owner is easily the sweetest person you’ll ever meet. She runs the restaurant, and her hospitality is truly unmatched. She doesn't just treat customers well; she treats everyone like they are her own family. She remembers her customers, always asks how they're doing, and makes sure they feel totally welcome the second they walk in the door. Seriously, her kindness is what makes this place special. But let’s talk about the food. The Banh Mis here are so good, they are absolutely to die for. Every sandwich is packed perfectly. The bread is what makes it, it’s always crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and completely fresh. The fillings, the savory marinated meats, fresh herbs, and delectable pâté are balanced perfectly. If you want a killer sandwich and a place that feels like home, you have to go here.
